How does it work?
Capture
Scan, import or poll a directory. Ezi-Invoicing applies image enhancement techniques to prepare your invoices for data extraction.
2. Validate
Invoicing information such as company details and other line items are checked against the information already in your database for consistency, totals are calculated and compared.
3. match
Incoming documents are matched with the template library.
4. Verify
Manual data verification is provided for damaged or missing line items which cannot be read automatically.
5. Process
Ezi-Invoicing processes any desired volume of documents cased on a template match or unknown form.
6. export
Data is exported via its API, or in standard .XML or .CSV formats along with image attachments, allowing for easy data retrieval.
